Pablo Tulio Mancebo Contreras holds a Law degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and a Master’s degree in International Advocacy from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), with a focus on litigation and international arbitration. His academic formation is further complemented by postgraduate studies in competition law, economic regulation, administrative law, airport law, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining GNCI Law, Pablo Tulio Mancebo Contreras developed his professional career at Russin Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti, where he was a member of the regulatory law and dispute resolution team, participating in administrative and contentious proceedings, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and complex matters in regulated markets. His experience encompasses the drafting of legal briefs, statutory and case law analysis, and strategic counsel to domestic and international corporations and public bodies in matters relating to public concessions, economic competition, digital markets, energy, aviation, and logistics, as well as advisory services in regulatory compliance proceedings.
Pablo Tulio Mancebo Contreras is admitted to the Dominican Bar Association and is the author of numerous specialized publications on competition law, digital economy, and administrative law, published in academic yearbooks, collective legal works, and specialized legal journals.
